We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!

Yes, we have onsite maintenance.  Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.

You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.

Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.

No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.  

During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out. 

We have 2 resort style pools, a 24 hour fitness center, and coming soon a Corn Hole BBQ lounge area.  We also offer 4 onsite laundry facilities.

We offer open parking and have ample space for all our residents.

Yes, we have 2 floor plans with full size washer dryer connections

There is a one time non refundable fee of $487.50 per pet and the monthly pet rent is $15 per pet

We do not have breed or weight limitations.

We do have an off leash pet park area.

Standard appliances in our apartments are Refridgerator, stove, and dishwasher.  We have microwaves and washer dryer in select apartments.

At this time we do not offer furnished apartments, but near by locations like Rent A Center or Aarons can easily supply your needs.

We offer lease terms from 3 - 15 months.

We do offer corporate leases.  Call for details.

We have a package locker service for our residents.  They have 24 hour access to packages.

The fitness center is accessable 24 hours a day.

Our new fitness center will have all new state of the art equipment, free weights, kettlebells, etc. and a yogo studio  

We do have quiet hours after 10 pm through 7am.  At this time all our ammenties are free for our residents to enjoy. Coming soon our Club Room will be availabe to rent for private events.

While we are accepting walk ins, we are asking for appointments due to limits space and COVID.

We are available Monday through Saturday by phone during regular business hours and respond to emails within 24 hours.

Our application process is all online through our website.  There is even a place to upload your paystubs.

An application is typically approved within 5 business days. There can be a slightly longer wait time if your rental history verification takes longer to get back.

Full month or prorated rent as well as DIQ and any pet fees if applicable

We offer two electronic options for paying rent.  Through your resident portal with a bank account, debit card, or credit card or via the WIPS program.

You can pay online through your resident portal.  You can use a bank account, which is free or a debit or credit card for a small convieniece fee.

Our monthly service fees include Valet trash service, Packlocker service and monthly pest control services.

Yes, you are welcome to choose any provider you like.

Our rent rates do not include any utilities, but our residents do pay for Valet service, Monthly pest control service, Package locker service as well as water/sewer, gas and trash utilities.

CPS and your internet provider can be set up prior to your move in by contacting them, providing your new address and move in date.

Both Spectrum and AT&T service our community.

Yes, currently we offer a $200 referral fee for you and for the refering resident

Any guest  can stay in the apartment for upto 7 days out of a week  but no more than 14 days in a month.  We have open parking so guests are welcome.

Subletting is not permitted at Sunset Canyon

Early Termination fees are discussed in the lease.  Each resident has a specific amount they are responsible for.

We have 2 bus stops at the front of our community

The community is located conviniently off 281 and Thousand Oaks, we are a short distance away from multiple HEB's (3), Walmarts (2) Costco (1) we are near shopping, movie theatre and resturaunts as well as Jones Maltsburger trail 

We have an onsite off leash dog park.

Depends on where you are coming from, we are located right off of 281 North

We are located on Thousand Oaks drive between Cardigan Lane and Turkey Point.
